Eye of the North Star

This came in really randomly, after someone said this which I overhead , and felt like it just nailed me.

Someone : “And it’s fine hey if you really were pretty blind without them I’d gladly be your eyes 😉 ”

 

And just like that, I wrote this ,

” be my eyes,
just don’t tell me lies.
be my feet,
and feel my heart beat.

know me for who i am
not who you imagine i am
do i know who i am ?

can you tell me?
will you show me?
like how the north star guides the sailors of the sea “

 

Note: I have decided to gradually, add, expose and write openly some of my random writings , which I hold close to my heart. Some of them may be worthy as a read only, some may be a little more worth while as songs or poems? I am not sure.
